The Melitrade a.s. has been closely cooperating with the Głuchołaskie Zakłady Papiernicze Sp. z o.o. for 14 years now. It is also its shareholder. Both companies are important and strategic business partners for each other.

The Melitrade a.s. significantly participates in the production process, especially by controlling the quality of products, compliance with production and administrative standards. It significantly finances the purchase of modern technology, raw materials and related investments in the modernisation of our plant's machinery.

The LINTEO brand has been existing since 2006 and represents a significant share of the total GZP production. The LINTEO products have a strong position on both the Czech and Polish markets.

They are used for hygienic, packing, writing, and printing purposes, as well for numerous other tasks. Paper making is a branch in which our Company, Głuchołaskie Zakłady Papiernicze Sp. z o.o., specialises.

Paper factory in Głuchołazy – who are we?

Plant in Głuchołazy is one of three industrial units, which – along with Asko Papier Sp. z o.o. and ZP Energia Cieplna Sp. z o.o. – create a common capital group. As paper manufacturer we continue tradition of our precursors, who founded first business over 110 years ago, in 1902. Since then both Company’s infrastructure and equipment and applied technologies have drastically changed. Thanks to the innovation we currently manufacture not only better, but also more diverse assortment.

Paper manufacture is executed on cutting edge machinery. Thanks to that we achieve higher efficiency and the best quality. Our tissues, towels, and toilet papers are resistant and at the same time soft and pleasant to the touch. They are also characterised by high absorbency and pattern aesthetics.

Paper products - 5,600 tonnes of paper per month

Paper factory consists of three plants on the territory of Poland. Aside from main headquarters in Głuchołazy, production is also carried out by plants in Nysa and Niedomice near Tarnów. Our joint plants produce 5,600 tonnes of unprocessed paper per month.

Głuchołaskie Zakłady Papiernicze Sp. z o.o. are currently a known manufacturer of paper towels, tissues, and other cellulose products on Polish market. We have at our disposal cutting edge machinery, i.e. to pack paper for our customers. Products that we offer are appreciated by many customers and are present in popular distribution networks on the territory of country.

Hygienic products or what do we offer?

The main profile of our Company consists of hygienic products. We manufacture them for needs of both private users and companies that are our constant buyers. Our assortment covers:

• paper towels – available in two- and three-layer versions, in several heights and diameters, with various embossing patterns and with possibility to dye them,
• toilet paper – available in two- and three-layer versions, in any length and diameter between 90 and 160 mm, with white or colour embossment,
• tissues – available in two-, three-, and four-layer versions, in packs consisting of 10 tissues and in packets consisting of 10 packs,
• tissues in a box – available in two- and three-layer version with box containing from 72 to 200 tissues,
• cellulose cotton in 400 x 600 mm sheets.

Paper factory in Głuchołazy is mostly known as a manufacturer of hygienic products. However, it is not our only assortment. We also offer to our customers recycled paper.
